Why an automated pallet warehouse? At Matthys Group, we were looking for a way to save space and time in our own warehouse. For our machine construction projects, we manage a stock of more than 28,000 parts, which makes efficient and organised storage essential. After analysing existing solutions, we decided to design and build our own fully automated pallet warehouse. The result is a compact, efficient and safe storage solution:
- 100% safe for operators;
- requires over 70% less floor space (from 833 m² to 220 m² for 600 storage positions);
- completely error-free and faster thanks to automation;
- frees up staff for tasks with higher added value.
