A flat or side sealing machine cuts of the surplus of the plastic and blows it away. the sealing beams have electronic monitoring of the temperature to ensure an optimal sealing result.

Packing with ultrasonic welding

The ultrasonic welding machine is being pushed together towards the center of the ultrasonic head. The welding itself is an ultrasonic process.

Shrink wrapping machine

The carpet roll enters a tube formed by two plastic sheets. Before and after the roll a weld is being made. The roll with the plastic enters an oven and is then being cooled down to shrink the plastic. The result is a nice packed roll.
