We have several types of rolling units:

Semi-automatic rolling machine

Machine designed for rolling of rugs between two rolls.

Semi-automatic hardrolling machine

Machine designed for hardrolling of rugs between two rolls. The hardness of the rolls can be determined by changing the speed parameters of the rolls. Using this type of rolling machine reduces the transport volume with 10% resulting in a decrease of shipping costs.

Full automatic hardrolling machine

Machine for automatic hardrolling and packing of rugs, pile in or pile out, with or without tubes. To be placed in line with other carpet finishing machines for automation.

The machine automatically straightens the rug by a unique system.

Has a modem with interface for troubleshooting and after sales service through the internet.

Semi-automatic hardrolling machine for runners

Machine developed for perfectly straight rolling of runners with self alignment of the machine. Possibility to roll with or without tubes. Can be used in combination with J-boxes, trolleys or directly from the over-edging line.

Full automatic winding machine for big diameters

To be combined with other installations (inspection tables, packing systems, transport systems) or can be used as a separate work station.
