Semi-automatic cross-cutting for woven carpets

The carpet is being folded on a frame or a movable slide, which is pneumatically operated. Once the carpet is folded, an operator manually cuts the carpet. The rug then falls on a conveyor to transport the carpet towards the short side over-edging machine.

Is also suitable for cut pile, loop pile and sisal looking carpets.

Full automatic cross-cutting for woven carpets

The carpets are automatically cut by camera or laser detection. The machine is equipped with a continuous automatic repositioning of the cutting blade if the rug has a bowed cutting line.

Integrated in this machine is an automatic folding unit to ensure a perfect carpet flow towards the short side over-edge machine.

Is also suitable for cut pile, loop pile and sisal looking carpets. An automatic labelling system is integratable in this machine.
