Long side cutting (slitter)

We have developed two different types of long side cutting machine, one for woven carpet and one for tufted/printed carpets.

Long side cutting machine for woven carpets

The machine is standard equipped with 5 individual controlled cutter heads. The machine automatically detects the seam between 2 lanes of rugs. As extra option for this machine you can cut with camera detection!

Long side cutting machines for tufted/printed carpets

Standard with 12 motorized cutting heads (rotating knives) which are controlled by joystick or optional camera detection. This machine is suitable in case you have no seam between the different lanes of rugs. Each knife can be set individually.
