Gluing machine

We offer semi- and full automatic gluing machines.

Semi-automatic gluing machine (single side)

Machine for continuous gluing of folded or rolled rugs. The rugs need to be manually folded and fed into the gluing unit. Glue is applied between the fold and the backside of the rug in order to stick both parts together.

The machine is equipped with a programmable time switch for warming up the glue in order not to lose production time.

Automatic gluing machine

Machine made for continuous automatic double sided folding and gluing of woven rugs.

Equipped with a special conveyor belt to avoid moving of the carpet in the folding unit.
