Labelling of the rugs can be done manually or automatically at several positions during the confectioning process .

Semi-automatic labelling

The semi-automatic labeller is integrated in the length over-edging machine.

Automatic labelling at the cross-cutting machine

Automatic labelling can be done during the cross cutting process. Everytime a rug is being cut the exact position is known making the labelling process highly reliable.

Glue is applied on the back of the label before it is being pushed against the rug.

Automatic labelling at the automatic rolling machine

The labels are picked up at the side of the machine. A few drops of hotmalt attach the label on to the film to avoid shifting while rolling up. The label is being pushed on the plastic into the glue before it is being wrapped around the carpet. The result is a nice presenting label.
