Tube cleaning machine

This machine has been developed for quick removal of yarn residues on your tubes. This machine is available according to 3 different principles:

Tube cleaning by unwinding the yarn of the cone

Once the tubes are placed on the metal pins, the yarn ends are unwinded on a common reel at high speed.

The removed yarns and empty tubes are collected separately.

The capacity of this machine can go up to 2000 tubes per hour.

Tube cleaning by extracting the yarn of the cone

Once the tubes are placed on the metal pins, the yarn ends are unwinded at high speed by creating under pressure.

The removed yarns and empty tubes are collected separately.

Tube cleaning based on a scrape principle

Suitable for small and big cones. A box filled with tubes is placed in a lift and tipped over in a big drum. The yarn is being scraped off thanks to the position of metal pins inside the drum. The removed yarn is collected in the center of the drum.
